We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Business Development to join our US team. This individual will play a critical role in expanding our institutional and high net-worth client base in US and internationally, focusing on building and maintaining relationships with key players in the cryptocurrency liquidity/trading space.


  • Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain institutional and HNW clients in the cryptocurrency market.
  • Leverage existing relationships and networks to bring a substantial book of business.
  • Manage full sales cycles of institutional and large transaction cryptocurrency and FX deals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to tailor offerings that meet the specific needs of institutional clients.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in the cryptocurrency industry.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences, enhancing its visibility and reputation in the market.
  • Track and manage KPIs, find ways to continuously improve sales performance.


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in institutional sales/OTC within the cryptocurrency industry.
  • Proven track record of bringing and managing a significant book of business.
  • Strong network of contacts in the financial and crypto sectors.
  • In-depth understanding of cryptocurrency markets, products, and regulatory environment.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skill will be an asset.
