The Head of Agency Partnerships will be a leader and driver of growth and will already have several high-level client relationships. This position will work directly with the CEO.


Responsibilities:
  • Identify agencies for potential partnerships and effectively pitch and win them
  • Work with the partner agency to ensure we gain a superior understanding of their business issues, marketing, industry, competitors, and brands. Use these insights to propose innovative solutions that delight the agency and their clients
  • Collaborate with partner agency account teams to discover and help create new business growth opportunities for their clients
  • Oversee strategic marketing plan development for partner agencies to create innovative ways for NFTs to impact client business results
  • Onboard and manage partner agencies
  • Prepare financial quotes, monitor work to help ensure profitable projects, and prepare and maintain business forecasts, revenue, and margin targets
  • Recommend new services and justify pricing to agency partners
  • Stay knowledgeable on marketing and agency service and technology trends, including analyzing and recommending any needed additions or changes
  • Onboard partnership managers, staying accountable for the growth and development of partnership teams, including all team and individual training. Provide individual feedback and guidance related to improvements and career development
  • Ensure all activities and processes that affect partner agencies and our services to them are in place and well-documented

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related course of study is required. An MBA is strongly preferred
  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in an advertising or marketing agency is required, including experience in leading and managing a client services team, with strong account management/account supervision experience
  • Outstanding work ethic. Ability to manage all situations with professionalism, competence, and confidentiality
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, including the ability to effectively and authoritatively present information in one-on-one, small, and large group settings, including to the C-suite
  • Confident and outgoing with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to have difficult conversations internally and with clients, resolve conflict, reducing organizational and interpersonal issues
  • Strong leadership, supervisory and mentoring skills, especially in a remote environment
