About The Role We are in search of a cool, excitable and smart Digital Media & Production Trainee looking to do the best work of their lives and take the Xccelerate platform to the next level!! Here is your chance to shape the direction of tech education across Hong Kong. By changing the way that people acquire their technical skills and launch new careers in the tech space, you will be moving Hong Kong to a tech enabled work force and regional tech hub. Role Responsibilities At Xccelerate we are on a mission to transform the global workforce through tech enablement and training across key innovation areas, and we are looking for a Digital Media & Production Trainee that can: Produce and edit videos: Work alongside our marketing team to produce high-quality videos to execute our strategic campaigns and strengthen Xccelerate’s branding Craft social media images: Produce graphic images that catch the eyes of our fans and followers Write compelling copy: Create written content for our social media posts that touch the hearts and minds of our audience Experiment like a Digital Scientist: You'll work closely with our growth teams to experiment with promising new concepts and figure out what is scalable for the team to pursue. Monitor and Report Analytics: Utilize Google and Social Analytics to see what marketing efforts are working, or not, and find areas for improvement and scaling.
