MetaWealth is a WEB3 investment platform, that tokenizes real estate assets through blockchain technology, transforming physical properties into digital tokens representing ownership stakes. This approach lowers the entry threshold for investors and enhances transparency, security, and efficiency by leveraging smart contracts and decentralized finance (DeFi) mechanisms.
At MetaWealth, we are passionate about empowering retail and institutional investors to take control of their financial future. We believe that everyone should have access to investment opportunities that can help them grow their wealth and generate passive income, regardless of their investment experience or the amount of capital they have to invest.
We’re looking for a proactive and resourceful Operations Manager Intern to join our fast-growing startup. As part of a small, dynamic team, you’ll wear many hats and get hands-on experience in everything from process optimization to cross-team coordination. This internship is ideal for someone eager to learn how a startup runs behind the scenes and excited to make a real impact.
Responsibilities
- Support daily operations and help keep the business running smoothly across different departments (product, marketing, finance, customer success).
- Assist with setting up and improving workflows, tools, and internal processes.
- Take ownership of small projects — from planning to execution — to solve operational bottlenecks.
- Help track KPIs, build reports, and analyze data to guide decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with founders and team members on strategic initiatives.
- Handle ad-hoc operational tasks (no two days will look the same).
- Contribute to documentation of internal processes and playbooks.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Operations, Management, or a related field.
- Highly adaptable, organized, and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Curious problem-solver with a “figure it out” mindset.
- Strong communicator and team player.
- Comfortable using productivity tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, etc.); bonus if you’ve used project management tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp, etc.).
- Excited about startups, entrepreneurship, and making things happen with limited resources.
Why join us
- Firsthand exposure to how a startup operates and scales.
- Opportunities to contribute ideas and take responsibility for meaningful projects.
- Mentorship directly from founders and senior team members.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- A chance to leave your mark on a growing company.
