What You'll Do:

  • Maintain the public facing Keyavi web sites, including our marketing and documentation sites. This includes, but is not limited to maintaining our CMS, updating the sites as required, making sure the sites are optimized, making sure the sites maintain uptime, and being responsible for making sure the sites are following Keyavi brand guidelines and best practices.
  • Participate in gathering and developing requirements for new or updated sites or features.Utilize creative software to produce artwork for various applications, including but not limited to print and digital ads, social media assets, eCommerce banners, retail signage, print-ready artwork, brand books, and identity design.
  • Collaborate with other members of Keyavi on complex projects that involve several moving parts and a range of skill sets.
  • Under general direction, work independently to develop creative solutions to design problems.
  • Incorporate current trends and tech references into design work when appropriate.
  • Collaborate with the social media marketing team to develop creative branding and positioning across all channels.
  • Translate business and marketing objectives into ideas that are clear, compelling, visually exciting, engaging, and in keeping with brand expression and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred.
  • A portfolio of your work for the interview. Be prepared to talk about thought process and design choices.
  • A minimum of 3+ years’ demonstrated experience with CMS and web publishing tools like WordPress and Madcap.
  • Demonstrated understanding of accessibility, usability, and information architecture for web sites and printed materials.
  • Demonstrated understanding of accessibility, usability, and information architecture for web sites and printed materials.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong typography skills and elevated design aesthetic.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of traditional and emerging global social platforms.
  • Experience working with various online ad design specs and media requirements.
  • Ability to present own work clearly and effectively.

Bonus points for:

  • Illustration experience or skills.
  • Knowledge or experience with 3D software packages like Blender preferred.
  • Experience designing for social media across multiple platforms.
  • Simple video production experience.

Annual Salary

$60K - $80K
