Salary range

Mid level: 150,000 - 175,000 USD

Senior level: 190,000 - 210,000 USD

Note: Final level, team assignment, and compensation are determined during the interview process based on experience and fit.

About The Role

As a Full-stack Engineer at Crossmint, you will join one of our core product teams focused on either wallet infrastructure or minting and asset infrastructure. Final team placement will be based on your experience, interests, and the outcomes of the interview process.

Across both teams, you will build and scale production-grade web3 systems used by enterprises and developers at global scale.

Responsibilities

Depending on the team, you will:

• Write high-quality code: correct, secure, performant, and maintainable.
• Build core web3 primitives: contribute to wallet systems, minting pipelines, transaction flows, and supporting infrastructure.
• Work across the stack: build backend services, APIs, and user-facing components.
• Design scalable and secure systems: ensure correctness and reliability in onchain and offchain interactions.
• Write architectural and design documentation: independently and with the team.
• Own projects end to end: from technical design to production deployment and iteration.
• Participate in on-call rotations: paid on-call shifts once or twice per quarter.
• Mentor teammates: support and guide other engineers.
  
  

About You

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Strong communication skills: excellent written and spoken English.
• Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• Professional experience: 3 to 5+ years building production systems.
• Strong programming skills: proficiency in at least one modern language such as Javascript, Typescript, Java, Python, Scala, Ruby, or similar.
• Solid web3 experience: hands-on experience building with blockchain technologies, wallets, minting systems, or smart contract integrations.
• Understanding of wallets and/or minting: familiarity with wallet architectures, signing flows, asset minting, transaction lifecycle, and onchain data models.
• Product and ownership mindset: ability to balance usability, security, and system correctness.
  
  

Strong Plus If You Have

• Experience building wallet infrastructure, embedded wallets, or account abstraction systems.
• Experience with NFT or token minting, metadata standards, or indexing pipelines.
• Familiarity with EVM-based chains, Solana, or other major ecosystems.
• Experience designing hybrid onchain and offchain systems.
• Prior experience at a crypto-native or web3-first company.
