We are one of the largest bitcoin miners in the United States. We are headquartered in Las Vegas, NV, and independently own and operate five data centers in Georgia for a total developed capacity of 230 MW. We are developing an additional 150 MW at our data center in Sandersville, GA. We have a partner in Massena, NY, that hosts 50 MW for us. The Corporate Project Manager will play a crucial role in driving project success across multiple departments within the organization. This relationship and people based role is responsible for creating and maintaining project plans, tracking schedule, overseeing progress, communicating status and challenges, and following through with internal team to ensure successful project completion.

Duties & Responsibilities

    • Customized and flexible approach to the design and implementation of project management processes  
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop, maintain, and oversee project plans.  
    • Develop standard reporting process and conduct regular project status reviews, communicating progress, risks, and challenges.  
    • Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional collaboration among teams to ensure successful progress throughout project.  
    • Coordinate follow ups with all team members to ensure completion of tasks 
    • Coordinate and facilitate all kick off meetings, project review meetings, and post mortem meetings. 
    • Monitor and follow up on important action items and decisions. 
    • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters, stakeholder communications, and project plans. 
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement, optimizing project management practices and driving efficiency.
    • Additional duties as required 

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field. 
    • Proven experience in project management. 
    • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and frameworks. 
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams. 
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desired. 
    • Ability to travel up to 10%
