Crypto.com is looking for an experienced, hands-on and passionated Customer Experience Senior Analyst. As a Senior CX Analyst you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to clients and internal stakeholders, delivering delightful experiences through Crypto.com's official communication channels, as well as handling special cases originated from critical sources (e.g Ombudsman, RDR, Reclame Aqui, Social Media, and others) based on company's values and brand positioning.
Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries and requests for assistance via phone, email, or online chat;
2. Drafting responses to Citizen's Demands Registration System (BACEN-RDR) and municipal and state PROCONs;
3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to products or services;
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve the overall user experience;
5. Contribute to the development, documentation and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree
2. Mandatory fluent English
3. 3+ years of experience in Customer Experience/Service field (Social Media is a plus)
4. Desirable previous experience as Ombudsman Analyst (or similar) and valid Ombudsman certification (FBB-200 or similar)
5. Preferable previous experience in Fintechs, Crypto Exchanges or related field
Skills:
1. Empathy, enthusiasm and passion about serving customers;
2. Excellent communication in Portuguese and English, both oral and written;
3. Problem solving and strategic thinking to deal with complex context looking for multiple viable solutions;
4. Extreme level of commitment, ownership and proactivity;
5. Willingness to work on a fast paced environment driven by great ownership and building sense;
6. Ability to learn fast.
