Are you a results-driven sales professional with deep industry knowledge and a passion for growth in the iGaming and Sports Betting space? We’re looking for a Senior Sales Manager to drive our B2B expansion in Brazil, strengthen our market presence, and secure high-value partnerships.

  • Fluent in Portuguese and English (both written and spoken).

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B sales within iGaming, Sports Betting, or related tech sectors.

  • Proven experience selling iGaming platforms or solutions (must-have).

  • Extensive experience and network within the LATAM market, with a strong focus on Brazil.

  • Demonstrated success in client acquisition, retention, and sales pipeline growth to achieve or exceed revenue goals.

  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to execute effectively in fast-paced, competitive environments.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

  • Highly motivated, proactive “hunter” mindset, driven by results and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the commercial strategy for OpenTag in Brazil.

  • Identify, approach, and close deals with local operators and white-label brands.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching to contract negotiation and handover for onboarding.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with operator decision-makers (CEOs, COOs, Heads of Product, etc.).

  • Present and promote the OpenTag platform, including Casino, Sportsbook, Payments, Bonus System, and CMS modules.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to provide actionable insights.

  • Represent OpenTag at major industry events in Brazil and LATAM (e.g., BiS SiGMA Americas, SBC Summit Rio).

  • Collaborate with global sales and marketing teams to localize and optimize sales materials for the Brazilian market.
