Ferrum Network is looking for a highly motivated & self-driven Sales Representative in the crypto space to join our sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop innovative strategies to achieve sales goals, as well as make meaningful connections with crypto projects across networks.
We offer uncapped monthly commissions above the industry average and a fast paced and engaging work environment. This role allows you to work independently, driving your own success while having a team to support you.
- 1-3 years of experience growing own customer base
- Proven record of exceeding sales quotas
- Must be a self starter hungry to generate, nurturing, and move leads through the sales process and close deals
- 1-2 years experience with HubSpot
- Meet with new clients via communication and conferencing tools such as Telegram and/or Zoom to present Ferrum products across global timezones
- Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products to a range of prospective and existing clients
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize sales effort
- Negotiating contracts with prospective clients
- Preparing and submitting sales contracts and quotes
- Answering client questions about products, prices, and availability- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs
- Coordinating sales efforts with operations team for execution
- Communicate client and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments
 
Crypto Experience
- 2 years experience in the DeFi Crypto sector conducting at least one or more of the following activities:- Taking part in presales or IDOS
- Staking / Farming / Providing Liquidity / Cross-Chain Bridge
- Good understanding of launchpads, incubators, and crypto project launches
- Familiarity with popular networks like BSC, Ethereum, Polygon, Avalanche etc
 
- Role is 100% commission based with no monthly commission cap
- Performance based quarterly bonuses
