Role Summary:

TLDR: are you a (slight) degen, super into everything that's going on in web3, particularly token launches, the growing Telegram craze (Notcoin, Hamster Kombat etc), airdrops, and are well connected with communities, DAOs, alpha call groups, KOLs, wallets, marketplaces, and more? We are seeking a dynamic Web3 Partnerships Manager to lead our partnership initiatives with the goal of building our community. This role is crucial for identifying and securing partnerships with communities, NFT groups, DAOs, alpha call groups, and other projects. You will be the driving force behind our community growth, bringing in potential partnerships and helping us expand our reach in the Web3 space. The goal of this role is to onboard as many people into our community, both for our first games releasing soon and our upcoming token launch.

Day-to-Day:

• Actively engage on social media platforms to find and connect with potential partners.
• Identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships with key players in the Web3 ecosystem.
• Manage relationships with partners, ensuring ongoing collaboration and mutual benefits.
• Secure strategic deals with larger players e.g. Magic Eden to arrange things like NFT drops and wallet partnerships.
• Collaborate with our social media team to engage with tweets, messages, and community interactions to foster growth.

• At least 2+ years of experience in partnerships or business development within the Web3 or gaming industries.

• Deep understanding of Web3 gaming and familiarity with projects like Notcoin and Hamster Kombat.
• Hustler mentality with a passion for building and being part of a community.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of growing communities and securing high-value partnerships.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and engagement strategies.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
