The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our team and help drive the growth and success of our cook-to-earn app. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing a product roadmap, conducting market research, defining product requirements, and working with cross-functional teams to bring products to market. You will also play a critical role in defining the product vision, goals, and strategies.

What we need:

• 5+ years of experience in product management
• Strong experience in developing and executing product roadmaps
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to understand complex data and market trends
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business teams
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality products to market
• Passion for cooking, food, and technology

Salary & Commitment
We are currently looking to raise Pre-seed which we anticipate in the current climate to be within the next 3 months. As such you would need to come in on an equity and token only basis initially. Post-investment you would take up the role of Senior Product Manager, and have a package composed of salary, stock, and other benefits. Working remotely, you will be expected to be working 3 days a week at 3-4 hours a day.

Admeal focuses on Content Creators, Blockchain / Cryptocurrency, and Web3. Their company has offices in Lisbon and Remote. They have a small team that's between 1-10 employees.
