Palm NFT Studio, Inc. is hiring a Web3 Writer/Editor
Compensation: $63k - $80k estimated
Location: PA California, Pennsylvania, United States
About the role
Storytelling and story research is central to development of projects and strategies at Palm NFT Studio. As our team continues to grow, it is crucial that the story worlds we develop experiences within be understood and presented to the NFT community with the same narrative standards as AAA Games and Feature Films.
Working as a Writer/Editor for the story team you’ll help internal teams understand the narratives of major intellectual property story worlds, and the future of storytelling on the blockchain. By researching and summarizing historical storylines, and developing stories to be told across multiple collections and platforms, you’ll have a front row seat to some of the biggest stories in NFTs.
You will be responsible for writing and developing storylines and scripts on deadlines, as well as summaries and case studies on assignment to support ongoing research and development of narrative design in blockchain and community based experiences. You’ll work closely with the creative team as well as the community and audience analysis teams to understand who the audience is and how to reach them in exciting and novel ways.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience writing for games, interactive and social media fiction experiences. A curiosity and desire to dive deeply into storyworlds with experience communicating both fictional storylines and real-world case studies based on emerging projects for internal partners and clients. They’ll be excited and interested in exploring new methods of storytelling and an understanding that the most important collaborator for a storyteller is the audience.
Our team is growing rapidly and we’re looking for applicants who are interested in growing into leadership positions in our writers’ rooms and help explore the future of storytelling on the blockchain.
