Responsibilities
- Operations (70% of time)
- Manage and coordinate pipeline of recurring requests from both internal and external partners effectivelyÂ
- Evaluate and analyze requestsÂ
- Perform project management on successful requests (such as airdrop, token swap, new trading pairs) are submitted frequently to the Post Listing team from both internal stakeholders and external partners listed on Binance.)
- Optimize structure/process to better manage and execute recurring requests
- Support risk management and optimization projects
- Support post-mortem and relevant analytics as necessary
- Account Management (30% of time)
- Understand Binance marketing campaigns and products/services
- Understand needs of external partners (business model, product roadmap, etc) to support their growth and success
- Match relevant campaigns and Binance product/services to external partners to support their growth and success
Requirements
- Ability to do at least 6 months internship
- Organized and detail oriented
- Team player and effective communicator
- Proficient with Google suite of products
- Passion for crypto industry and digital assets
- Basic understanding of crypto
