Web3 Associate Product Manager

Ponto is building the financial infrastructure to power the next generation of wallets, banks, and financial services by integrating local economies into the global financial system. Our mission is to power and provide access to the best financial experiences anywhere in the world, enabling the vast population of unbanked individuals across the globe to participate in the global economy.

We are looking for an associate product manager to develop the suite of products that power Ponto’s internal systems. You’ll work cross functionally with engineering pods and respective department leads to design and scale our admin portal and internal KPI reporting. Your core users will be leaders of Finance, Risk, Compliance, Legal and Operations. You’ll also be a critical contributor to deploying and scaling a subset of these products directly to customers who will also rely on Ponto’s back end portal to manage their business.

Although experience in fintech, blockchain, or crypto is valuable, you don't need to have any experience in these areas to join us!

In your role at Ponto, you will:

• Join us at a pivotal moment in the company where the product team is small and every contribution is critical
• Assist the product team in day-to-day inquiries coming from teams involved in all areas of the business
• Work closely with Product leads to develop a roadmap, product requirements, and sequencing of releases for internal products
• Launch tooling and portal services that allow Ponto teams to access critical data about Ponto and its customers, configure rules engines, and allow us to better understand our customers

Qualifications:

• You have 1-2 years of experience in Fintech or B2B2C industries
• You want to gain product management experience at a fast paced tech company
• You have excellent written communication skills and are able to translate business stakeholder needs into requirements that engineers can build on
• You are data driven and able to iterate quickly
• You are able to code or are very comfortable with web2 and web3 concepts
