Blockchain Product Manager

At Hashstack, we are disrupting the defi landscape through Open protocol. World’s first & only non-custodial under-collateralised lending solution. We have painstakingly built this product over many months of iteration, & validation. We are looking to onboard our first product manager, who is execution oriented, and who can 10x our capabilities as a team.

This is an onsite role in Bangalore. Currently remote, we expect you to be in Office from March 1st, 2022; or at the tail-end of the Covid wave 3. Whichever is earlier.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the end-to-end product life cycle management, from the concept-to-deployment-to-growth.
• Own Hashstack’s internal product design & planning, draft PRD requirements & interactive documents, & design product Roadmap, with the focus on user-centric experiences.
• Responsible for cross-functional & cross-department communication and coordination to ensure product quality and progress, and complete related product goals.
• Support related business needs & achieve business goals with internal and external stakeholders.
• Work closely with the designers, software engineers and QA to streamline release cycles and smoother delivery of updates.
• Analyze product performance data & collect user feedback to optimise user experience.
• Effective resource planning, and prioritisation; with on-time delivery.
• Write features descriptions for design and technical teams
• Lead the development of prototype of mechanism that could be developed
• Work with marketing team with an emphasis on user acquisition, retention, and restricting churn.
• Have a finger on the DeFi ecosystem’s pulse with an intent to discover & evaluate novel opportunities.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a Product Management role, preferably at fintech company.
• Excellent knowledge of DeFi ecosystem.
• Product management experience with decentralised finance or traditional finance, or neo-banking.
• Results driven.
• Quick learner, who also has a methodical approach to product & everyday problems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Prior software development experience is a plus.
• Degree in economics, engineering, statistics, or related quantitative field.
• Proficient in SQL, with excellent analytical skills.
• A strong ability to innovate and constantly find new opportunities.
• Independent with strong research & organisational skills.
• Team player, excellent communication skills, positive attitude and good work ethic.
• First principles thinker.
