OUR VISION

In the new and exciting world of the decentralized internet, otherwise known as Web3, it is an individual’s fundamental right to own and control their digital identity. To ensure that the individual is paramount in Web3, we are developing a suite of applications to enable everyone to safely engage, take part, and transact in the emerging, decentralized world of the internet. Our platform centers on Web3 Identity and leverages that identity to provide individuals with secure digital asset storage and recovery, access to decentralized finance, the ability to prove ownership of their creations, and gateways to digital interactions and experiences – all to empower and benefit every Web3 user.

We believe that the decentralized nature of Web3 creates an opportunity for everyone to challenge the digital status quo—to own and control their identity, data, finances, creations, and future. This is the chance to get it right – to rally a movement of individuals so Web3 belongs to everyone, not to trillion-dollar companies. To fulfill this vision, we are seeking dynamic people who want to join us in leading the way to this new world.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for the day-to-day support of our experiential platform leadership, product, and development teams. You will proactively monitor relevant emerging technologies and deliver well-supported recommendations to stakeholders in support of development activities. Using exceptionally strong communication skills, you will track requests across departments with an emphasis on legal and regulatory policy, governance, and licensing. You will exercise great attention to detail in working with developers and the product team to draft and maintain technical and stakeholder documentation. Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Creating briefings and presentations with your advanced skills in PowerPoint.
  • Creating diagrams in support of strategic activities using tools such as Miro or Figma.
  • Supporting road mapping efforts of Product and Development.
  • Distilling business requirements from stakeholders and monitoring design adherence to those requirements.
  • Synthesizing quantitative data into easily interpretable reports using Microsoft Excel.
  • Gathering and translating features and functions into user-facing documentation in Confluence.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

To ensure success, you must tie what we are doing directly to why it matters and pay attention to the right things. You possess strong initiative, communication, and writing skills, including technical writing skills, while having the ability to rapidly learn and apply new skills and efficiently distill information. You have a proven ability to track multiple tasks and resolve conflicting priorities expediently. You are a dedicated member of a team constantly looking for ways to help others succeed and facilitate accurate and timely communication.

YOUR EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

You have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in business analysis: analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions, eliciting requirements, generating documentation, and offering recommendations. Ideally, you know and or are interested in one or more of the following: gaming, social media, e-commerce, blockchain, FinTech, cryptocurrency, digital identity, and cryptography. You have previous experience in business or technology analyst roles. Experience working in an organization building and launching new products is highly desirable. A BS/BA in business, IT, Information Science, or a related major is a plus.

Such processing is legally permissible under Art. 6(1)(f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation) as necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller, which are the solicitation, evaluation, and selection of applicants for employment.

Your personal data will be shared with Greenhouse Software, Inc., a cloud services provider located in the United States of America and engaged by Controller to help manage its recruitment and hiring process on Controller’s behalf.
