Web3 Business Development Manager

🇺🇸 Business Development Lead – Web3/Crypto/Deep Tech / Infrastructure – NY or SF (Remote) – $150k–$200k + Equity

Intalex is partnered with a venture-backed deep-tech infrastructure company that is hiring for its first Business Development Lead as it expands across the US market. This is an opportunity to step into a true builder role at an early stage, working on a highly technical product with real-world impact.

💼 A fast-growing, privacy-focused technology company operating at the infrastructure layer

💼 They build software that allows organisations to compute on sensitive data while it remains encrypted

💼 The technology is used in blockchain-adjacent environments, but is equally relevant to AI, payments, identity, compliance, and data security

💼 Customers are highly technical teams across finance, infrastructure, and emerging tech — this is not SMB or transactional SaaS

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞…❓

💼 This is a brand-new position and the company’s first dedicated BD / GTM hire

🚀 You’ll own go-to-market from scratch — opening doors, building relationships, and driving early conversations in the US ecosystem

💼 As discussions become technical, you’ll partner closely with founders and engineers, while feeding real customer insight back into product strategy

𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧…❓

💰 Compensation: $150k–$200k base, plus equity (flexible for the right person)

📍 Fully remote, US-based, with a strong preference for New York or San Francisco

🧠 Someone who enjoys building rather than inheriting a playbook
