Business Development Manger - Crypto

Metalpha is a professional crypto asset financial management platform. We currently have fixed income, flexible saving, and other easy-to-use products. In addition, we continue to launch distinctive wealth management products with above-average returns. The team members are currently distributed in Hong Kong, Singapore, and the United States. The team has many years of digital asset management experience, with excellent risk control and post-investment management capabilities.

The Job Responsibilities Include:

1. Acquire new High Net Worth Individual and/or family office clients through external and internal referrals in conjunction with personal business connections

2. Identify customer needs and provide customised solutions on fund and structured product solutions incorporating blockchain and digital assets

3. Promote long term relationship and loyalty

4. Ensure all activities are in compliance with internal guidelines

5. Develop and identify new business opportunities across different channels specifically

6. Cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders across different teams and geographies.

1. Effective communicator.

2. Entrepreneurial self-starter, able to drive agendas and execute with minimal guidance or supervision.

3. Passion for crypto and digital assets.

4. Demonstrated ability to work as a team player, very strong interpersonal skills

5. A passion for crypto and digital assets with an astute understanding of B2B client needs

6. Fluency in English is a must and business/advanced level of Mandarin will be considered as an asset
