Your mission: Be the voice of the community and interact with our user base across multiple social media channels (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, Telegram, etc.) daily. You will assist them in navigating through our platform, as well as through the various products and services Bitpanda offers. 

Why you? You love to help and educate others, you have a passion for cryptocurrencies like Pantos or BEST and investing/finance in general. You are also eager to learn, to take responsibility and to work in a fast-paced environment which never gets boring. Additionally, you are happy to handle user requests in German, English and additional languages.
