OSL is hiring a Crypto Business Development Manager - KOL
Compensation: $98k - $108k estimated
Location: Hong Kong HK Hong Kong
Position Overview:
OSL is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive our user acquisition and brand growth in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in channel marketing, business development, and KOL partnerships, with a proven ability to execute successful marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:Source, approach, and negotiate with potential channel partners, such as KOLs and corporate partners. Striving for win-win partnerships that lower costs while identifying the best marketing strategies to convert users.
- KOL development:develop good relationship with local and international KOLs, and create campaign in collaboration with them. Maintain good community programs and host regular community event to effectively promote OSL brand image
- Growth and Funnel Optimization:Continuously monitor the conversion funnel with each KOL, uncover consumer insights, and improve the conversion process. Take a data-driven approach to optimize user growth and funnel efficiency.
- Campaign Execution:Execute marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing leader, providing consumer insights to optimize future campaigns. Ensure that the brand image and main messages are communicated effectively and correctly
Qualifications:
- 4+ years in business development or KOL partnership development, preferably in fields related to Web3/crypto or fintech
- Education degree related to finance/accounting/investment is preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Data-driven with a familiarity with funnel optimization.
- Driven and hardworking, while maintaining an open and collaborative mindset
- English speaking fluency and Mandarin speaking fluency is a plus
