Customer Support is extremely important for us and we hope to create a platform where our users are well supported with excellent quality, fast response time, and accurate information. 

Support is via a live chat, and will include but not limited to customer queries and complaints for our world-class cryptocurrency exchange platform.

Support will be mainly in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities:

    • Handle customer tickets through live chat and other online tools.
    • Provide accurate, valid and comprehensive information by using the right methods/toolsProvide proper solutions to customer issues within the time limits.
    • Keep records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure resolution of customer issues.
    • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
    • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

Requirements:

    • Proficient in Spanish and English with clear and logical communication in the language.
    • Proficiency in Portuguese/French/Italian is a plus.
    • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in finance or E-commerce industry.
    • Fresh graduates are also welcome.
    • High level of honesty and integrity; Proactive and meticulous; A sense of responsibility and team work spirit.
    • Ability to work under pressure, strong communication skills and exceed beyond expectation.
    • Passionate for the customer service industry and can accept to work under different work shifts.
    • Positive about the crypto industry.
    • Based in Argentina or similar time zone areas (UTC-3).
