Web3 Delivery Manager / Project Manager

With new projects coming in, we're‌ seeking an experienced Employer Delivery Manager to ‌join‌ our‌ company.


Delivery manager is responsible for delivering the services ordered by our clients by leading their teams. Delivery Manager helps clients achieve their business objectives.

In general, the work is split into 3 main activities:

- Project management - traditional and agile methodologies for projects with Espeo’s responsibility

- Project administration - for staffing projects (team leasing and body leasing)

-Team leading

As a Delivery Manager you will be:

• managing software development projects for international clients according to their needs and project-specific requirements
• providing leadership and expert Agile knowledge for all team members and clients
• supporting both the client and the team in reaching the common goal
• developing, implementing, and maintaining a detailed project work plan
• verifying project working hours and budget
• ensuring that the deliveries are completed on time without compromising quality or security
• maintaining good relations with clients and supporting them in decision making
• managing sourcing for projects, responsibilities, and schedules
• facilitating good communication with the client
• following best practices such as our own project starter list, weekly checklists, and definition of done
• building project teams
• onboarding new project members
• kicking-off projects
• updating team member to project assignments
• updating project forecast
• communicating project needs to Sourcing Manager
• conducting team meetings
• taking care for clients satisfaction
• removing blockers
• reacting to changes and requests
• enforcing company communication standards
• supporting open feedback communication
• annual NPS surveys
• collaborating with Account Manager and Finance Director on optimising project profitability and increasing revenue.

Nice to have:
