Web3 Director of Product, Financial Products

Fireblocks is seeking a Director of Product Management in our financial products unit. In this role you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our financial products strategy and roadmap, overseeing product management activities, and leading a team of product managers.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the unit head to define and execute the financial products strategy and roadmap
• Work closely with engineering team leads to articulate and execute the unit’s planning
• Work with cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and exceed their expectations
• Identify and assess new market opportunities, and develop plans to capitalize on them
• Define product requirements, write product specifications, and manage product launches
• Use data to analyze product performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes
• Manage a team of product managers, providing guidance and mentoring as needed
• Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders

Requirements:

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in a SaaS company, with a focus on financial products
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications in financial services
• Proven experience working with key financial markets infrastructure players, such as exchanges, clearing houses, and/or custodians
• Deep understanding of the mindset of financial markets infrastructure players and ability to incorporate their needs into product development
• Demonstrated ability to drive product strategy, prioritize features, and execute product roadmaps
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
