Web3 Financial Controller - Remote

The A.C.Coy company has an immediate opening for a Financial Controller. Ideal candidates must have 5 or more years in a finance position with a tech company, a solid understanding of blockchain technology, and experience with the cryptocurrency markets.

• Oversee and contribute to financial strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting and compliance for a national organization
• Lead all accounting functions including FP&A, treasury, and tax
• Manage internal controls to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws
• Prepare presentations for the CEO & COO regarding financial strategy, risk management, and compliance
• Oversee risk management and conduct risk assessments
• Report on key financial and non financial performance indicators
• Act as liaison to service providers including external auditors and banking institutions

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related

• 5 plus years in a progressive financial position with a tech company
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology
• Experience with cryptocurrency markets
• Strong Excel skills
• Strong background in financial strategy, risk management, and financial strategy
