Web3 Graphic Designer

FTX TR is a fast-growing cryptocurrency exchange offering innovative financial products that aims to revolutionize the underlying market structure and make the world a better place through its charitable efforts. Its mission is for FTX TR to grow the digital currency ecosystem, to offer Turkish traders a platform that inspires their loyalty, and to become the market leading Turkish regulated cryptocurrency exchange by volume within the next two years. We are looking for talented individuals to join our fast paced team to help us on this mission!

We are looking for a responsible, curious and collaborative innovator to join our team to bring ideas to life. The work should highlight individual abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Think Social-First and have the creativity to multiply content 5x that will be posted across a variety of Social Media platforms (Memes, Gifs, TikTok Videos, Instagram Stories, Twitter)
• Update, design, and create event posters, brochures, advertisements, internal documents, and other marketing materials.
• Work in close collaboration with strategists, developers, marketing team and other departments to deliver high-quality products on time
• Able to deliver high-quality work, in compliance with established procedures and/or protocols, within tight deadlines.
• Utilising knowledge of design, innovative thinking and cultural trends to guide solutions.
• Develop concepts and themes for marketing materials.

Requirements:

• 1-3+ years of experience in Graphic Design / Visual Design / A related field or equivalent practical experience
• Experience with component-based design tools like Figma
• Fluent in responsive design patterns, mobile/tablet interface trends, and pairing data with effective design solutions.
• Strong portfolio of relevant work
• Experience working with existing brand guidelines
• The drive and discipline to work remotely
• Proficiency designing for finance, charting, trading, or data dense applications
• Work closely with marketing and content creation teams to ensure brand consistency across regions
• Illustration skills and motion graphic/video skills would be plus
• Experience with crypto and fin-tech would be plus
• Multitasking, self-motivated, organized team player with a positive attitude
