Web3 Head Of Product - Wallet Solutions

We’re looking for a Head Of Product - Wallet Solutions, who can lead a team of senior product managers, collaborating with the entire product development team. This includes identifying market opportunities, developing product strategies, and managing the product roadmap. The Head of Product will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that products are delivered on time, within budget, and meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement product strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends
• Develop and manage the product roadmap, ensuring that it is aligned with the company's strategic goals
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure that products are delivered on time and meet customer needs
• Manage the product development process, including product design, development, testing, and launch
• Monitor product performance and make recommendations for improvements
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product development

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful products, in the software industry
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing are an advantage, so is experience with hands on software engineering
