About the role:

Lead OKX organic user acquisition, engagement and retention efforts across Cefi and Web3.

Key Requirements:

• Has engineering/product background, or data science
• Has years of practice and execution experience of building up the SEO system
• Scaled at a high growth company, ideally from 50 employees to 1k+
• Led a web/app consumer product growth before
• Knows SQL
• Understanding of Web3, exchange products (nice to have)

• Good communications skills, could influence engineering
