What you’ll do

The HRIS Analyst sits within People & Talent Operations and serves as the technical point-of-contact for the HRIS and ensures data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. They also support other technical projects as assigned and collaborate across ConsenSys teams to deliver key data and strategic reporting.

The Role

• Own HRIS data for ConsenSys establishing and ensuring data integrity through the development and running of regular queries and audits
• Develop ongoing assessments to ensure alignment between the HRIS structure and inputs with the growing needs of the organization
• Research and resolve HRIS problems, unexpected results, or process flaws and recommend solutions to meet requirements.
• Assist the greater ConsenSys team with reporting, system imports, and provide key HRIS data for company-wide metrics and analytics.
• Perform ongoing system maintenance and document system processes and results
• Proactively collaborate across teams to strategize HRIS workflows, training & communications, and recommend process and service improvements, innovative solutions, and policy changes based on HRIS data and current workflows
• Develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation. Educate different audiences across the business about HRIS and train on new processes and functionality
• Oversee setup and maintenance of HRIS integrations and manage HRIS service relationship
• Continuously build awareness of current trends in HRIS with a focus on product and service development, delivery techniques, and support.
• Play a key role in future HRIS system decisions and strategy for a growing global organization
• Voice improvements and concerns to be incorporated in the next phase of our HRIS plans

Key Qualifications

• 2+ years of prior experience managing an HRIS (implementation experience a plus)
• Understanding of HR functions & the role of data in those functions
• Background in analytics and process optimization
• Strong interpersonal communication and team skills
• High integrity and ethics in handling confidential information
• Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
• Advanced Excel

Education

• Bachelors degree or equivalent
