Web3 Senior Frontend Engineer, Platform

What You'll Do:

Contribute to the design and implementation of our micro-frontends architecture, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and optimal performance. Define and enforce frontend architectural standards, best practices, and tooling. Provide technical leadership and guidance to fullstack development teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, backend) to define requirements, design solutions, and ensure seamless integration. Lead the evaluation and adoption of new frontend technologies and frameworks. Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality and adherence to architectural standards. Drive continuous improvement in our development processes and tooling.

What You'll Bring:

7+ years experience building complex, large-scale, fullstack web applications with a focus on frontend development. 3+ years experience with React and a strong understanding of its ecosystem, Proficiency in NodeJS and Typescript. Proven experience designing, implementing, and maintaining micro-frontends architectures in a production environment. Familiarity with backend concepts such as API design, data modeling, databases, authentication, authorization, and caching to ensure smooth frontend-backend collaboration. Working knowledge of asynchronous flows to scale; broad experience with message brokers such as AWS SQS, RabbitMQ, and Kafka. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. Experience working in Agile, CI/CD environments. Proactive approach with the ability to organize self and work effectively. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. A passion for building high-quality, user-centric web applications.
