Blockaid is hiring a Web3 GTM Engineer (Business Development)
Compensation: $84k - $118k estimated
Location: NY New York US
Note: This role is in-person in NYC four days a week.

Role Overview
As our GTM Engineer, you'll design and build our business development engine from the ground up. You'll be rolling up your sleeves to test outreach campaigns, analyze what works, and then engineer scalable processes using tools like Clay, N8N, and LLMs.
What you'll do:
- Experiment with multi-channel outreach tactics (phone, Telegram, LinkedIn, email)
- Execute high-touch outreach while continuously refining your approach
- Transform your successful manual processes into automated workflows
- Collaborate with field marketing to drive attendance at dinners and events
- Ensure founder and sales calendars are strategically filled at trade shows
- Partner with our community manager to optimize webinar and workshop attendance
- Represent Blockaid at industry events and build meaningful relationships with potential partner.
Who we're looking for:
- Former (or current) SDR, BDR, or AE who fell in love with Clay and LLMs
- You’re comfortable both picking up the phone and building automated workflows
- Technical aptitude and experience working with tools like Clay, GPT, and N8N (or Zapier)
- Clear, compelling communicator across multiple channels
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns and optimization opportunities
- Comfort with experimentation and iterative approaches
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Blockchain/web3 knowledge or interest is preferred but not required
There is an assignment component where you will be asked to demonstrate your ability to craft compelling messages, write prompts, and design workflows.
