Stablecoins crossed $300 billion in circulation. Real businesses are now using stablecoin rails for real payments. Cross-border settlements, contractor payments, treasury operations.

The fintech playbook of the last decade assumed the underlying rails were fixed. You couldn't change ACH or SWIFT, you could only build better interfaces on top. Stablecoins change the rails themselves. That creates an opening for a new generation of financial products.

Altitude is what we’re building to capture it. Business accounts built on stablecoin rails. Global accounts, cross-border payments, cards, invoicing, yield. Over 500 businesses use it today. Built by Squads, the team behind Squads Multisig which secures over $15 billion on Solana. Backed by Haun, Multicoin, Solana, Coinbase, Electric Capital, Placeholder and others.

The Problem

We know how to do crypto-native GTM. Ecosystem presence, X posting, founder relationships. That's how Multisig scaled.

Altitude is different. The customers we're going after increasingly don't care about stablecoins or Solana. They care about getting paid, paying people, and running financial operations without friction. Reaching them requires a GTM discipline we haven't built yet: lifecycle marketing, paid acquisition, content engines, PLG, segment-specific messaging.

We're at the point where the product works, the infrastructure is solid, and we have initial distribution. We're looking for someone to come in and 10x it.

The Role

Build the GTM function from scratch. Define the strategy, hire the team, execute across channels.

What You'll Do

  • Define and execute GTM strategy across customer segments

  • Build and lead the growth/marketing function: hiring, structure, processes

  • Own customer acquisition across paid, organic, content, partnerships, PLG

  • Develop segment-specific messaging and positioning

  • Innovate on GTM motions using the latest tools. The playbook is being rewritten in real time, and we want someone who's figuring out what works now, not copying what worked five years ago

  • Figure out what channels actually work for our target customers and double down

  • Work directly with founders on positioning and market narrative

Requirements

  • 4+ years in growth, marketing, or GTM roles

  • 1-2+ years in a leadership role, building and managing teams

  • Experience at a fintech or vertical SaaS company that scaled

  • Track record of building GTM functions, not just running existing playbooks

  • Strong intuition for messaging and positioning

  • Analytical rigor: you measure what matters and tie activity to results

  • Alien to the concept of work-life balance

Why This Might Be Interesting

You rarely get to apply fintech GTM experience on fundamentally new infrastructure. In traditional fintech, you're working within the constraints of legacy rails: geographic licensing, banking partnerships, slow expansion. Here, the rails are global from day one. The same product works in Singapore and Germany without rebuilding the stack for each market.
