About the Role

We are building alow-latency market-making systemfor spot and futures across multiple exchanges (Binance, Bybit, OKX, KuCoin) as well as ourinternal OMS, Matching, Risk, and Hedge engines.

We are looking for aRussian-speaking QA Engineerwho understands trading flows, knows how to break complex systems, and can ensure stability in environments where milliseconds matter.

This role is open to bothManual QAandAutomation QAprofiles.

Responsibilities

  • Test the full order lifecycle: placement, cancellation, partial fills, slippage, reduce-only, risk checks.
  • Validate the behavior of market-making and hedging logic under real market conditions.
  • Test exchange integrations (REST & WebSocket): balances, positions, trades, orderbook data, latency metrics.
  • Verify PnL, margin, and exposure calculations across spot and derivatives.
  • Test internal services: OMS, Matching Engine, Risk Engine, Hedge Engine, monitoring & alerting pipelines.
  • Work with logs, metrics, and real-time data streams.
  • Create and maintain test cases, scenarios, and QA documentation.
  • Reproduce complex edge-cases: mismatched WS updates, delayed fills, funding spikes, stale data.
  • 2–4+ years of QA experience (manual or mixed manual/automation).
  • Strong understanding of API testing (REST & WebSocket).
  • Ability to analyze logs, trace order flows, and debug data inconsistencies.
  • Good knowledge of crypto trading basics: order types, orderbook, spreads, fills, PnL.
  • Fluency in Russian(required).
  • Working proficiency in English (for cross-team collaboration).

Nice to Have

  • Hands-on experience with crypto exchanges, trading systems, or algorithmic trading setups.
  • Experience with Python test automation (pytest), load testing tools (k6/Locust).
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes, CI/CD.
  • Familiarity with .NET (C#) and PostgreSQL.
  • Remote-first flexibility.
