About the Company

Hi, we're Ondo Finance. Our mission is to provide institutional-grade, blockchain-enabled investment products and services. We have both a technology arm that develops decentralized finance technology, and an asset management arm that creates and manages tokenized funds. We were the first company to tokenize exposure to US Treasuries and have since expanded into several other assets. We are also focused on incubating protocols that can support both tokenized real-world assets and traditional crypto.

Founded by folks from Goldman Sachs’s Digital Assets Team, we’re backed by some of the best investors in the world including Founders Fund, Coinbase Ventures, Pantera Capital, Tiger Global, and more. We are currently the leaders in the space in terms of AUM and are well capitalized to continue to grow the firm. We're fully remote with team members across the US.

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, highly capable Executive Assistant to directly support our CEO across both strategic initiatives and daily operations. This role goes far beyond traditional calendar and travel management — it’s about creating leverage for the CEO by taking ownership of scheduling, communication, document workflows, and special projects that support both business and personal priorities.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and proactive, with experience working at the C-suite level and navigating the complexities of fast-moving organizations. You should be comfortable handling confidential matters, solving problems with incomplete information, and communicating clearly with internal and external stakeholders ranging from investors to legal counsel.

This is a high-trust, high-impact role with room to grow. The CEO is based in New York City but works remotely for part of the year (typically from Hawaii). The EA is expected to be available on-site in NYC two to three days per week and willing to travel to Hawaii approximately once a month during those months.

Responsibilities

•Manage all aspects of the CEO's business and personal calendar, communications, and travel logistics
•Coordinate high-stakes meetings with investors, partners, regulators, and internal leaders
•Serve as the main point of contact for communication and documentation flowing to/from the CEO
•Review, edit, and prepare materials on behalf of the CEO with a high degree of accuracy and discretion
•Ensure agendas, materials, and priorities are clear ahead of every meeting
•Partner with the Chief of Staff to protect and optimize the CEO’s time
•Own administrative processes including travel, household coordination, medical scheduling, vendor management, •and bill tracking
•Support strategic projects and cross-functional coordination as assigned
•Anticipate needs, unblock bottlenecks, and adapt to changing priorities in real time

Requirements

•5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably in fast-paced, high-growth environments
•Experience in both executive assistant and personal assistant responsibilities
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high degree of professionalism
•Proven track record managing complex schedules, communications, and logistics across time zones
•Comfort handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion
•Proficiency with modern productivity tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, etc.)
•Familiarity with reviewing legal documents and coordinating with external counsel, investors, and partners
•Ability to manage healthcare scheduling and insurance claims processes a plus
•Driver’s license and passport required for periodic travel
•Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Nice to Haves

•Experience in crypto, fintech, investment management, or other regulated industries
•Knowledge of DeFi, tokenized assets, or blockchain ecosystems
•Experience implementing new tools, systems, or operations processes
•Interest in startups, entrepreneurial culture, or emerging technologies

What we offer

•Competitive compensation including salary, future token rights, and/or equity (according to your preferences) — we're well-funded and believe that great talent deserves great compensation
•Full benefits (medical, vision, and dental) and flexible vacation policy (PTO)
•Small remote-first team across many countries — you'll be an early team member helping shape our vision, culture, and design practices
•A+ colleagues — our team includes alumni from: Goldman Sachs, Blackrock, Two Sigma, Bridgewater, SpaceX, AWS, Meta, Google, McKinsey, Circle, Uniswap
•Best-in-class investors — we are proud to be backed by leading crypto experts and VCs, including Pantera Capital, Founders Fund and Coinbase Ventures
