Blockchain Expert - Contractual

Need a Blockchain Expert to work on our Fintech Digital Platform to building a platform to use blockchain to enable to invest and trade. This would be a contractual project.

Prefer someone who has expereince:
-Smart Contracts
-Creating & maintaing wallets
-Conversant with ERC 20 and ERC 1400 or any STO standard.
-Familiar with FinTech
