We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive strategic partnerships, identify growth opportunities, and champion StarkWare’s solutions to clients and collaborators. This role offers a unique chance to shape the blockchain ecosystem while working closely with cross-functional teams and some of the industry’s most innovative minds.
What You’ll Do
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with partners, clients, and collaborators in the blockchain and technology space.
 - Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, founders, investors, and enterprise clients.
 - Support of founders, ecosystem projects and VC relationships
 - Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, and technical) to align business strategies with StarkWare’s offerings.
 - Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and services.
 - Represent StarkWare at conferences, meetups, and other industry events to build visibility and thought leadership.
 - Stay ahead of industry trends to identify emerging opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
 
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in business development / partnerships / sales / ecosystem /strategy / product or venture capital, ideally in the crypto / web3 / blockchain industry.
 - Solid understanding of the crypto / web3 / blockchain industry, including ecosystem dynamics, market trends, and recent developments.
 - Proven track record in project management and / or deal execution (financial deals, commercial deals, etc.).
 - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas simply.
 - Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
 - Outstanding ability to structure, organize, and manage different projects and workstreams.
 - Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for the crypto / web3 / blockchain industry.
