Web3 Senior QA Engineer

We’re looking for innovative, driven engineers, keen to be involved in the solving of unique, complex technical problems at the intersection of climate data, IoT and blockchain technology. With a great compensation package on offer including long term incentive plan, you’ll be able to work independently, but be a part of a global team with deep experience in the carbon markets and blockchain space.

Responsibilities

• Test current products and identify deficiencies;
• Suggest solutions to identified product problems;
• Review and analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents, providing timely feedback;
• Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases;
• Prioritize and plan testing activities;
• Play the role of test engineer: Design, develop, and execute automated and manual tests;
• Identify and report issues found, then verify that issues are resolved;
• Perform end to end testing.

• Remote first. While headquartered in Hong Kong, we have always been a remote first organisation with staff across the globe. You’ll be keen to work independently, but be part of a close knit global team with deep experience in the carbon markets and blockchain technology.

• A minimum of 5 years experience in software quality assurance;
• Strong knowledge and deep experience implementing software QA methodologies, tools, and processes;
• Strong hands-on experience with automated testing tools;
• Keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.

Nice to haves

• Comprehensive experience with API testing; 
  
• Strong experience with data intensive products.
