We are Tomorrow Biostasis GmbH! A German 🇩🇪 tech startup based in Berlin, dedicated to translational and applied research in the areas of Biostasis (also vulgarly known as Cryonics). We are building the first professional and scalable organization in the Biostasis / cryopreservation space with a strong focus on science and medical quality. We are currently building a research facility in Zurich, establishing a "customer-facing" brand/subsidiary, building research partnerships, and more.

We are in the pursuit of stellar open-minded interns to work directly with the founders to support strategy, business research and operations.

In summary, you will work closely with our founders and your mission here will be to research, design, test and validate strategical operations & partnerships ideas, while collaborating with the team to achieve our growth goals.

Tasks

We are building an industry from scratch and therefore there is a strong need for educational efforts to a broader audience, medical excellence and operational efficiency. In summary you will be work in different projects that which entails:

1) Operations:

• Processes Mapping, Design & Implementation (From Sales to Customer Care)
• Improve & Optimize Tools used in the organization
• Data-Base construction to be used by our Medical staff around Europe

2) Strategy:

• Research about Needed Logistics around Europe (E.g. Where should we position our ambulances around Europe for optimal coverage? What are the key airports where we could land a Medical Private Jet? Where should we source key operational supplies in the core markets where we operate? etc.)
• Research on Existing Technologies & Practices for Long Term Applications (E.g. Usage of Blockchain/Parachain solutions for long-term wealth management, etc.)

3) Partnerships:

• Mapping of Potential Partners around core European markets
• Build Partnership Program & Pitch Deck
• Close Partnerships

Requirements

• Entrepreneurial spirit (We love people that can self manage)
• Creative, result-driven, and very open mindset
• Excellent English Writing and Speaking Skills (German is considered a plus!)
• Excellent computer/tech skills
• Pronounced hands-on mentality, your day to day will include a wide(!) range of projects
• Ideally, but not required: Work experience in early-stage, high innovation companies
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to relocate to Berlin, Germany (we will help with all the details) / Remote not possible
