Web3 Intern - People and Talent (6 months)

At Sygnum, we rely on our dynamic team of human resource professionals to solve the many challenges and puzzles that come with our rapidly evolving employee structure. We’re seeking an Intern (6 months with possible extension) within our People & Talent department who is ready to work within a forward-thinking organization, especially blockchain that’s always pushing boundaries. Here, you will take ownership of the end to end administrative process within our employee lifecycle. You will have a beginning experience and some understanding of human resource related topics, such as payroll, permit processes, data administration etc. You’ll be joining an amazing team working for our most important asset - our people.

Tasks

• Provide support to the People and Talent team on various strategic and day-to-day matters related to all People and Talent topics
• Facilitate all interviews to include, but not limited to: Phone Screen, Video Conference, Onsite interviews and Batch Days as well as support pre/post-interview meetings and hosting duties
• Multi-task and effectively prioritize and work in a dynamic, demanding environment
• Collaborate with other team members to improve and streamline processes
• Maintaining our employee systems and evaluating improvements
• Additional Ad-hoc duties as needed by the People and Talent Team

Requirements

• Possess or pursuing a HR specialist (HR Fachfrau) diploma of higher education
• You have a passion for all business aspects that directly effect people and always maintaining a high quality employee experience
• First experience in HR and the ability to embrace change with a great attitude and be comfortable with ambiguity
• Taking initiative and work independently, as well build and maintain partnerships
• Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail
• Very good communication and presentation skills and interest and knowledge in cryptocurrencies / blockchain
• Fluent in English and in German
