Join Launchpad’s IT team and play a key role in our Windows 11 rollout project. We're looking for a hands-on technician who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys helping users get up and running quickly and smoothly. If you love problem-solving, tech configuration, and direct user support, this role is for you.
🗓 Start date: July 7th, 2025📆 Contract length: 3 months (high potential for extension)🌐 Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8–5 PST (fully remote)
🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing
Image and configure Windows 11 devices for seamless deployment
Assist users with profile setup and reinstalling critical applications
Perform in-place upgrades from Windows 10 to Windows 11
Provide Level 1 and 2 support for installation and configuration issues
Log, track, and communicate recurring issues to the IT team for resolution
✅ What You Need to Succeed Must-haves
2–4 years in IT Support, Help Desk, or Desktop Support roles
Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11 and PC imaging processes
Experience supporting end users and resolving hardware/software issues
Advanced English (written and verbal) – daily communication with users and IT stakeholders
Nice-to-haves
Familiarity with SCCM, Intune, or MDT
Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft
Experience with OS upgrades at enterprise level
