Web3 KYC Quality Assurance Analyst

We’re looking for QAs in the KYC team to join our growing Compliance Operations team in Sofia, Bulgaria. Reporting to the Manager of Quality Assurance & Training. In this role, you will use your knowledge of and experience to observe and improve the Know Your Customer (KYC) team’s quality. You will help maximize team performance, quality of work and end customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the manager in establishing and improving the QA processes for the KYC department;
• Evaluate KYC employee performance on a regular basis to identify weaknesses;
• Ensure that the KYC processes satisfy the requirements and meet expectations;
• Identify training gaps and suggest training solutions to fill them;
• Spot areas for improvement to enhance the analyst work quality;

You will know we are looking for you if you have:

• Related experience in training and QA will be considered an advantage;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Diligent and meticulous;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required;
