Web3 Lead Frontend Developer (React)

Compensation: USD 130-200k, 0.1-0.5%

We are currently a small Squad of six building a set of coordination and DAO tools on Solana and are looking to expand the team. If you believe that DAOs are the future of work and that coordination on web3 needs better tools and products we will definitely get along. Our roadmap in the next 6 months is about:

• team coordination and treasury management
• subDAOs / DAO working groups set up and management
• NFT based governance

Squads is looking for a Lead Frontend Developer with a focus on React and Typescript to work on frontend development for the stack of tools we are building on Solana. We are offering a mix of monthly compensation and a token grant.

Requirements are as follows:

• +3 years of experience with React + Typescript
• familiarity with Solana architecture
• good knowledge of agile software development process
• ability to work full-time
• readiness to work remote
• passion for web3
