Legal Researcher - Blockchain, Real Estate, and Aviation

We are seeking a skilled, entrepreneurial Legal Researcher to join our team and contribute to the development of unique solutions at the intersection of blockchain, aviation, and real estate.

Position Overview: As a Legal Researcher at SkyTrade, you will play a pivotal role in navigating the legal landscapes of real estate, blockchain and aviation industries. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team of experts, ensuring legal compliance and driving innovation in these dynamic industries. The role requires lateral thinking and is fully remote.

Responsibilities:

Legal Compliance: Conduct thorough legal research to ensure SkyTrade's compliance with regulations in the blockchain, aviation, and real estate sectors. Staying up to date of changes in laws and regulations affecting blockchain, aviation, and real estate.

Contract Review and Drafting: Collaborate to negotiate, draft and review contracts. Ensure contractual agreements align with legal requirements and industry best practices.

Blockchain Governance: Research and contribute to the development of governance frameworks for blockchain applications. Establish and maintain legal standards for blockchain operations.

Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in legal research, contract review, and drafting. Strong understanding of real estate law, blockchain and regulatory frameworks. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively. Knowledge of smart contracts. Familiarity with digital assets and tokenization. Out-of-the-box thinker.
