  • Expertise in Solidity, Rust, the EVM, and blockchain architecture.
  • Hands-on experience developing DeFi protocols or smart contracts.
  • Ability to analyze and communicate security risks effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English (written).
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • Intellectual curiosity and the capability to quickly learn complex technical topics.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with back-end programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Golang, or Rust.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of blockchain concepts like consensus algorithms and cryptography.
  • A portfolio of blog posts, research papers, code repositories, or conference presentations on DeFi security topics.
  • Publicly available audit reports in your portfolio.
  • Experience working in a distributed, remote team environment.

Why Join Coinspect?

  • Work on cutting-edge blockchain security challenges.
  • Join a team of highly skilled security professionals with a passion for Web3 security.
  • Competitive compensation and a flexible, remote work environment.

If you're excited about securing the future of blockchain and want to work in a dynamic, expert-driven environment, we'd love to hear from you!
