Market and Financial Analyst in Crypto and Finance

Job description. We are looking for highly motivated market analysts and crypto enthusiasts to become an integral part of our financial analysis department. From the beginning, you will learn from and work side by side with our FA department and our CEO. In tandem, and (with more time in this role) independently, you have the opportunity to evaluate companies and make recommendations based on your research, findings, and evaluations that will lead to large and important financial decisions.

Further, you:

• Monitor, track, and adjust information on all companies of the very diversified (and quickly growing) Idoru Portfolio, different funds, and taking responsibility for what is displayed on the Idoru Marketplace (thereby gaining insights into hundreds of companies in a large variety of the most exciting, innovative, and disruptive industries).
• Become an expert on the different industries our Idoru Portfolio companies operate in and be able to evaluate their potential, company value, etc. by looking at the market as a whole, following global trends and news, making logical connections, and being able to see the whole picture.
• Research for, publish and own (!) your own financial, market, or company reports.
• Deepen your understanding of the various aspects of the traditional investment spheres (PE, VC, funds, pre-IPO…), as well as the crypto world.
• Work closely with other departments (to which you may also move to if desired), such as business development and public relations by updating them on company movement and supplying exciting news.

This is a (paid, full-time, 40h per week) internship position. We believe in promoting from within, and all interns are hired with the ambition, intent, and target to fully integrate them into Idoru on a full-time employment contract after the internship is over. Requirements. (Who we are looking for.)

• Must: full proficiency in English.
• Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, focused, analytical, with an entrepreneurial can-do attitude, a broad general knowledge, and a love for challenges in a changing environment.
• Preferably a degree in finance, economics, business administration, analytics, or adequate experience.
• Preferably professional experience in the finance sector, investment, economics, or the like.
• Passion for investing, analytics, and the crypto industry, and some sort of (at least private) experience related to it.
• We are opening our new office in Tallinn, Estonia in mid-2022. Until then, all positions are remote. However, a general willingness to relocate to Estonia’s capital city (by then) is a plus.
