Web3 Operations Analyst (Tokens)

As a Token Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and optimising the performance of Immutable's tokens. You will work closely with the wider Tokens team to support the daily operations of our token ecosystem, including conducting audits, managing exchange listings, and monitoring budgets and accounts. You will also be responsible for supporting governance processes and participating in token FP&A activities.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Conduct regular audits of the token ecosystem to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to management.
• Manage exchange listings and market makers to ensure liquidity and efficient trading.
• Reconcile token budgets and accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Develop and implement governance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Support token FP&A activities, including forecasting and budgeting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational issues.
• Develop and deliver reports and presentations to communicate token insights and recommendations to management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure optimal token performance.

We would love you to have:

• 2+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, or a similar environment such as a data-heavy operations role
• Fabulous analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for data with experience using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, or Tableau.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

This role will sit with the Tokens Team. Immutable has billions of dollars of token value to deploy as incentives to reward users and grow our products, and our mission is to create incentives that are mutually beneficial to participants in the program as well as benefiting IMX token holders and Immutable X.
