About Customer Success
The Customer Success team at ConsenSys is focused on exactly that: making our customers successful. We’re looking for people who will step towards a customer who is asking for help and respond with innovative and creative ideas to help them course-correct. If you value constructive customer engagement and want to define the future of blockchain production operations, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do
You will drive and see through a range of Customer Success operational processes, including but not restricted to financial tracking, managing licensing, handling Head-Count and recruiting processes, onboarding of new members and more.

It would be great if you brought this to the role

• Substantial experience in similar roles in software companies would allow you to set proper expectations, anticipate needs and hit the ground running.
• Accountability is key – this is a core function in our team, and we’ll depend on you. We need you to be a self-starter and to actively strive to build our operations further.
• Superb organizational skills are required when handling so many different responsibilities.
• Experience working remotely with global teams. As this is the norm in our organization, it would be beneficial if you thrive in such environments.
• Strong communication and language skills are required when working across so many different countries and cultures.
• Naturally, your role requires you to conduct yourself with utmost integrity and, at times, also with confidentiality – some topics may be sensitive.
