What you'll do

With a great mission and rapid growth, ConsenSys needs a People Analyst to support the newly formed HR Systems and Analytics team. In this role, you will help define a standard of excellence within reporting and deep-dive into the People systems to draw out key metrics and trends to share across the organization. Building on your data storytelling experience, you’ll use your analytical approach to assist the wider organization in identifying and sharing findings that support strategic decisions and operations.

  • Use modeling, statistics, trend analysis, and other techniques to collect, explore, identify, analyze and present data.
  • Collaborate across Programs, DEI, and Operations to deliver monthly metrics reports and presentations that align with ConsenSys OKRs and business objectives.
  • Advise team leads by providing data-based strategic direction to identify and address business issues and opportunities within ConsenSys People
  • Determine the best resources and strategy to execute assignments and meet time-sensitive deliverables
  • Act as the point of contact for incoming requests about people data and metrics
  • Deep-dive into ConsenSys people systems (HRIS, CultureAmp, Carta, Cornerstone, etc) to draw out correlations and valuable reporting context.
  • Develop a design standard for how the greater team organizes, creates, and distributes graphs within People & Talent
  • Move with curiosity to identify and share new and emerging patterns with stakeholders
  • Work in tandem with the HRIS analyst and greater team to proactively ensure data integrity

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience preparing and presenting data to executives and team leads
  • Experience analyzing data sets using SQL, BI, advanced Excel, or similar
  • Experience navigating ambiguity and collaborating across multiple teams to prioritize work and manage deliverables
  • Experience seeing problems and using qualitative and quantitative methods to create analytical solutions such as metric reports, tables, presentations and dashboards
  • Experienced data storyteller, able to use charts, graphs, tables, etc. to present strong narrative with visualization to key stakeholders across the organization
  • Familiar with trends and techniques for effective visual narrative and design
