We’re Hiring

We’re hiring a senior product designer to help bring these ambitions to life.

As a Product Designer you will:

• Solve user problems with your product/UX design toolkit and help Infura deliver a scalable, accessible, and delightful experience for developers in the Ethereum ecosystem.
• Work closely with UX Researchers, Product Owners and Engineering to ensure that the correct solution is designed and that it meets our users' needs.
• Partake in research/product discovery.
• Prototype and design at various levels of fidelity to communicate interaction and design ideas effectively
• Actively give and solicit feedback from other designers to continually raise the bar for quality
• Balance usability and “don’t make me think” principles with complex data, scalability, and transparency design values, advocating for these as needed.
• Articulate design decisions, learnings, and solutions to cross-functional team members.

What we ask for:

• You have solved complex problems with an elegant, shipped product—evidenced in an online portfolio featuring end-to-end product design
• An iterative and experimental approach to product design that learns from real users and releases often.
• Willingness to work in the trenches doing everything from greenfield product design, website design, and even marketing materials.
• Understanding of customer experience and the relationship between brand and product design.
• You are growth-minded, collaborative, and can enjoy some amount of ambiguity, autonomy, and freedom to experiment
• A strong portfolio that contains not just final solutions, but the iterative artifacts which demonstrates your thinking, as well as your role within that process

Bonus points:

• Experience writing accessible and scalable HTML/CSS using TailwindCSS.
• Experience working inside of ReactJS or basic JS.
• Ability to facilitate remote design thinking workshops.
• Active use of decentralized applications and blockchain technology for true insights into the space.
