About The Opportunity:
Crypto ⋅ NFT world ⋅ DApp access , Web3Wallet is one DeFi portal to rule them all. Where we are trying to build a secure and easy-to-use next generation wallet for the upcoming WEB3 world.
We thrive to be the Swiss-knife Wallet for the Blockchain Universe.We need a strong growth product leader, an absolute love for the DeFi world, a deep understanding of the selfcustody tool side, and participation in various DeFi protocols. Whether it is a web3 enthusiast from a major Internet company or a leader in the crypto industry, we welcome all.
What you'll be doing:
  • As an industry expert formulate and execute the growth strategy, pay close attention to each public chain, meme ecological hotspot, open up the synergistic growth of various businesses, and activate the number of wallet users.
  • Emphasis on user experience, has undertaken the growth of global applications, and has methodologies for user growth in different countries.Define and deliver product roadmap to serve the best experience to both internal and external users while being compliant with required regulations around the world;
  • Responsible for the growth of the entire web3 product, and coordinate priorities with upstream and downstream teams.Responsible for the design of core product modules;
  • Define and analyze metrics to guide product development;
  • Follow up the whole process of projects, collaborate with designers and engineers to develop detailed product specifications, drive global product launches and lead beta programs;
  • Plan, organize, and deliver new products and features to the market based on global vision and user experience;
  • Competitor analysis and market research, staying informed of the overall market landscape, including competitors and potential partners.

What we look for in you:

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Product development experience in products and growth;
  • Related working experience in Crypto Wallet Product and/or DeFi portal product implementation (Crypto investment);
  • Familiar with globalization and localization, capable of launching products for global markets;
  • Good communication, experimental mindset, team spirit: motivated to initiate and lead in a collaborative team;
  • Able to understand and assess engineering, design and schedule tradeoffs, manage product backlogs with a priority mindset;
  • Passionate about crypto and blockchain innovations;
  • Sharp eyes for good design and user experience.
  • Proficiency in English. Chinese is preferred but not a must.
Good to have:
  • Familiar with blockchain and cryptocurrency markets;
  • Familiar with Crypto Wallet Product and On-chain transaction details;
  • Familiar with DeFi ecosystem and contract interaction details;
  • Rich experiences in Exploring DeFi protocols
